TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms of service apply to the use of this website at kalilaorganics.com (the “Site”).
Please read carefully through our terms of service before placing any orders at the Site.
By accessing the Site and by placing your order you enter into an agreement with Kalila Organics (“Kalila”) and accept our terms of service.
Kalila may modify the terms of service from time to time at our sole discretion without notice to you.
All content included on this Site is the exclusive property of Kalila trademark of Hemisfair Pte Ltd. You are permitted to download and print images and extracts (the “Material”) from this Site for your own personal use on the basis that:
You do not modify those images or extracts in any way;
The Material may not be used for purposes that may be offensive to Kalila or pictured person;
The Material may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes without any written permission or license obtained from Kalila.
Kalila may make changes to the Material on this website or to all prices and product information, at any time and without notice.
The materials on the Site are provided “as is”. Kalila makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation or rights. Further, Kalila does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.
In no event shall Kalila or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption), arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if Kalila or a Kalila authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & AVAILABILITY
All orders are subjected to acceptance and availability. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Kalila will only be completed when you receive a payment confirmation email from us once your order has been paid for. Orders placed but not paid for will be cancelled in 24hrs. In the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not fulfill our quality control standards and is withdrawn, Kalila shall reserve the right not to accept your order without penalty on our part.
Kalila have made every effort to portray the colours of our products that appear on this Site as accurately as possible. As the actual colours depend on the computer monitor and can affect the way products appear, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please make sure the delivery address you provide is valid and accessible.
Once you submit your order it will be packed and dispatched provided:
The delivery address has been verified.
Payment has been approved.
We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order and we will send you another email once your order has been dispatched.
Kalila will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and in the most cost effective way possible. Please note that we only sell items that we have in stock.
We currently ship our items within Singapore by registered mail via Singpost: 1 to 3 working days.
We ship our items internationally via DHL: 6 to 18 working days.
All deliveries need to be signed upon reception. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is your responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package.
RETURN / CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your purchase for any given reason within a period of 14 days after the delivery.
However to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, in the same state and packaging – with all the Kalila labels and tags intact.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com with the order reference and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then within 14 days we will give you a full refund excluding the postage costs of your order and the return postage costs to our address. The refund will be made the same payment method you used when you placed your order.
We advise you to return the goods via mail with tracking option as we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
If your item is faulty, Kalila will refund your postage costs.
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Kalila will process all returns and exchanges as fast as possible within a period of 14 days.
Please be aware that refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your bank account.

Payment can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You acknowledge that the credit/debit card that is being used belongs to you or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it.
The personal information you provide to Kalila will only be used in order to fulfill the undertakings Kalila have and to assure you the best service. Kalila will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. You have the right to see your personal details upon request. Kalila assumes responsibility for all personal information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted. If you wish to end your subscription of information from kalilaorganics.com, please send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you click on links to our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
You agree to indemnify us and hold Kalila harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands resulting from your misuse of the Site or your breach of our Conditions.
Any claim relating to this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore and any dispute(s) arising in connection with the Site are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Singapore.
